Getting Started

How much does pet cremation cost?

+
Private cremation is a flat $600 for all pet sizes and includes your choice of a marble-inspired or wooden biodegradable urn, a certificate of cremation, gentle pickup, a complimentary clay paw print, and your choice of a complimentary nose-print pendant or Orbis Aeternum ring. Partition cremation is a flat $300 for all pet sizes and includes only a complimentary clay paw print and nose-print pendant. Ashes are not returned with partition cremation. The Orbis Aeternum Cremation Ring is also available separately through our shop.

What do I do when my pet passes at home?

+
Take your time. When you are ready, place your pet on a soft blanket or towel in a cool, quiet place and call us at 512-925-4899. We are available 24 hours a day and will guide you through the next steps with patience. We can arrange respectful pickup from your home at a time that feels right for you.

Do you pick up from my home?

+
Yes. We offer gentle, unmarked pickup from your home anywhere in the greater Austin area, 24 hours a day. We also coordinate directly with most veterinary clinics in Central Texas.

Are there any extra fees based on my pet's size or weight?

+
No. Both private cremation ($600) and partition cremation ($300) are flat rates that cover pets of every size — from the smallest companions to our largest beloved family members. The price you see is the price you pay.

The Process

What is the difference between private and partition cremation?

+
In a private cremation (flat $600 for all sizes), your pet is cremated alone and only their ashes are returned to you in a biodegradable urn with a certificate of cremation. You also choose between a complimentary nose-print pendant or Orbis Aeternum ring. In a partition cremation (flat $300 for all sizes), your pet is placed in their own individual space within the cremation chamber, alongside other beloved pets — never co-mingled. Ashes are not returned; you receive only a complimentary clay paw print and nose-print pendant.

How long until my pet is returned to me?

+
Most families that opt for private cremation have their loved one back within 7 days, but due to unforeseen circumstances or current client load, it can take up to 12 days.

How will I know the ashes I receive are my pet's?

+
We use a strict chain-of-custody tracking system. A numbered identification tag is placed with your pet at pickup and remains with them through cremation and return.

Can I get a paw print or keepsake before cremation?

+
Yes. Every family receives a complimentary clay paw print with both private and partition cremation. With private cremation, you choose between a complimentary nose-print pendant or Orbis Aeternum ring. Nose-print pendant necklaces are also included with partition cremation. If you would like additional keepsakes, you can browse handcrafted urns in our shop.

Special Requests

What are my options for the ashes?

+
With private cremation, your pet's ashes are returned to you in your choice of a marble-inspired or wooden biodegradable urn, and you choose between a complimentary nose-print pendant or Orbis Aeternum ring. Many families choose to keep the urn at home, scatter ashes in a meaningful place, or divide them among family members. With partition cremation, ashes are not returned and you receive only a clay paw print and nose-print pendant.

Do you offer aquamation?

+
We do not currently offer aquamation (water cremation), but it is something we are actively exploring for the future. If you are interested, please call us — we would be glad to discuss all available options and help you choose the farewell that feels right for your family.

Do I need to make an appointment?

+
No appointment is necessary. Our care line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call, we will gather the information we need and arrange pickup at a time that works for you — whether that is immediately or at a later time you prefer.

What if my pet is very large, or an exotic animal?

+
We care for pets of all sizes — from hamsters to horses — and have experience with reptiles, birds, and exotic companions. Please call us so we can prepare appropriately.

Additional Support

Can I be present for the cremation?

+
At this time we do not offer witness cremation. We partner with trusted facilities and are happy to discuss any special requests you may have.

Do you offer at-home euthanasia?

+
We don't perform euthanasia ourselves, but we partner with several compassionate mobile veterinarians in Austin and are glad to make a referral.

Is there a payment plan?

+
We never want cost to be a barrier to a dignified goodbye. Please ask — we offer compassionate payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Are you environmentally responsible?

+
We exclusively partner with companies that use modern filtration equipment and are regulated by the TCEQ.

Do you serve outside of Austin?

+
Yes — we regularly serve Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs, Bastrop, and the surrounding Hill Country. Call for areas not listed.
